干运转下连轴弧齿锥齿轮的瞬态热分析

摘要:
为了模拟干运转下弧齿锥齿轮的温度场,根据齿轮啮合原理并考虑热量向轴的传导建立了连轴弧齿锥模型。在对热源、热传导和对流换热参数分析的基础上,建立了连轴弧齿锥齿轮瞬态热分析模型,得到了两种转速下的瞬态温度场和温升曲线,并与传统单齿模型的计算结果进行了对比。结果表明:5kr/min转速下的最终温升和温升速率相较于3kr/min转速下的结果明显更高,且两种转速的齿面温度之差沿啮合点向两端逐渐减小;在最初的5s内,单齿模型的计算结果与连轴弧齿锥模型基本一致,但随着时间的推移单齿模型的最高温升相比于连轴弧齿锥模型将更高。

Transient Thermal Analysis of Tooth-Axle Spiral Bevel Gear During Dry Running

Abstract:
According to the gear meshing principle and considering the heat transfer to the axle,the tooth-axle spiral bevel gear model was established to simulate the temperature field during dry running. Based on the analysis of heat source,heat conduction and heat convention parameters,the paper established the transient thermal analysis model of tooth-axle spiral bevel gear to obtain the unsteady temperature field and the temperature rise curve,and compared the results with that of single tooth spiral bevel gear model. The simulation results show that the final temperature rise and temperature rise rate at the rotational speed of 5kr/min are higher than those at the rotational speed of 3kr/min,and the difference of the tooth surface temperature between the two rotational speeds reduces from the meshing point to the ends of gear. In initial 5 seconds,the calculation results of single tooth model are consistent with those of tooth-axle model,but with the passage of time,the highest temperature rise at single tooth model is higher than that at tooth-axle model.
